All suites are newly renovated, with a modern brand-new ensuite. Each bathroom is fitted French-made DYNAMIC basin and full porcelain toilet set. Bathrooms are also fitted with a towel rail, bathroom cabinet and toilet roll handle, all made of stainless steel.
With a Japanese-made RANAI 24hour continually flowing hot water system, you will never run out of hot water.

The large communal kitchen is fitted with quality high gloss polyurethane kitchen cabinets and granite bench top. Famous Italian brand made gas cook top, electrical oven and ducted range hood make this kitchen a little luxury. The kitchen floor, dining area and passway are all tiled with Italian-made polished porcelain. The kitchen also includes a fridge and microwave oven.

There is also a large backyard with parking space.
Each suite has fast broadband connection installed, free to use.

Living in these suite have the feel of a hotel, but with a family touch.

It takes 6 minutes to walk to the train station and the bus stop (to the city centre) is right at the front door.
The bus or train will take you to the city, UTS or USYD in only 10 minutes.
